Volkswagen
Volkswagen wanted to deliver a sea change in their approach to contract hire. SibQ worked with the ideas people to make their vision a reality by transforming ideas into tasks with associated dates and owners.
Centrality and Stonegate
When Centrality won the contract to build and implement a new infrastructure for 350 Stonegate pubs, they called in SibQ to help. Centrality designed the infrastructure while SibQ, with the support of Centrality, recruited and managed a team of 90 to implement and train the new systems.
Wincanton
Wincanton were adding a new depot and customer to their portfolio as well as upgrading their Warehouse Management System. SibQ project managed the IT element of the program making sure all deliverables were on time and on budget.

Noel started his career as a retail manager, managing stores for Asda and then restaurants for Whitbread. Noel moved into IT in 1998 and has worked in many of the areas essential for successful project delivery including; supplier selection, product design, testing, training, implementation and of course, full project management
